A Capital Campaign
Though the Board is continually working to make improvements to the homes on the Terrace, there are a number of projects that cannot be completed with earned income and fundraising events.
These projects include:
· Roofs for 3 homes
· Rewiring for 7 homes 
· Energy efficient windows in 5 homes
· Paved driveways for 5 homes
· Adding visitor bedrooms and bath facilities in Agape House
· Blacktop for the private street and parking lot
· New gutters and leaf guards
· Substantial remodeling of three homes
The Board is seeking funds to complete these and other projects to ensure the long term stewardship, sustainability, and safety of the community, while retaining its Historic Register designation.
